About
A precision manufacturer trusted to mark to print
We design and manufacture custom roll stamps, marking wheels, embossing dies, and industrial identification tooling for manufacturers across North America.

Our Approach
Custom tooling, engineered for the application
Roll Stamp Manufacturing produces precision marking and identification tools for metal fabrication, pipe and tube production, automotive, aerospace, packaging, plastics, and wire and cable manufacturing.
Every tool we manufacture begins with a customer drawing, specification, or sample. Our engineering team reviews material, character height, marking depth, and tool geometry before quoting — so that the tool you receive performs in your production environment.
We machine, grind, heat treat, and inspect every roll stamp, marking wheel, and die in-house. That control over the full process is how we hold tolerance and deliver consistent marking results, run after run.
What we believe
Our manufacturing values
The same principles guide every job — from a one-off prototype to repeat production tooling.
Engineering First
Every project starts with a drawing review. We provide DFM feedback before cutting steel.
Built to Print
Tolerances, materials, and heat treatment are held to your specification, verified at inspection.
Modern Manufacturing
CNC machining, profile grinding, and EDM combined with proven tool steel metallurgy.
Production-Ready
From prototype through repeat production, our tools are made to run.
Engineering Support
From sketch to hardened tool
Submit a finished CAD drawing, a marked-up sketch, or a sample. Our engineers will respond with material recommendations, marking depth, tool steel grade, and lead time.
For new applications we can produce a first-article sample for sign-off before committing to production tooling — protecting your line time and your investment.

Built to your specifications
Send us your drawing. We'll quote your roll stamp or marking tool.
Every tool we ship is custom manufactured to your engineering drawing or specification. Submit an RFQ and our engineering team will respond with material recommendations, tolerances, and lead time.
